The district is sized for office workers as well as residents: about 330,000 sqm of employment, most of it in Eshkol's 300-series lots. That cluster shares its numbering with the two hotel lots, which is why 301 and 302 appear on both this page and the hotels page.
Lot 306 is different. It is the district logistics centre — deliveries consolidate there rather than arriving lot by lot — so it shapes how every other tenant in the district receives goods. Ravad holds it, with a design plan approved in May 2026.
