Shopping in Sde Dov

Retail units in the colonnades, on the promenade and along the northern high street.

Updated

Retail in the district splits three ways: everyday shops under the residential colonnades in Eshkol, a destination promenade in Central, and a neighbourhood high street in North. The ownership path differs too — most lots came through Israel Land Authority tenders, but lots 102, 105 and 108 are privately held Big Bloc land and never went to tender.

There is no invented business on this page and no rating. Every row in the table is a unit on a real lot, with the uses the plan allows, an opening window derived from the construction schedule, and a source for every number. When a tenant signs, the row gets a name — and the address stays.
