The neighbourhood you inherit

Nobody moves to Sde Dov and arrives in an empty place. North Tel Aviv is already here, fully built and fully open, on three sides of the fence. This is what is on the other side of it, and what the first residents will use before anything in the district itself exists.

Living beside a building site

Between now and around 2035 this district is a construction site with a public promenade on one side and finished neighbourhoods on the other. That has a texture: hoarding, haul routes, dust, working hours, and a skyline that changes while you are not looking.
