Three complexes, the numbered lots, and where the commercial ground floors sit.

Search the lots
Searches lot numbers, registry blocks, the plan number, the use class the plan assigns, and the categories that use class can carry. It does not search tenants; none have been announced.
Lot boundaries digitised from plan TA/4444. Plan lot numbers are not land-registry gush/helka numbers. See reading a lot number. Basemap © OpenStreetMap contributors © CARTO.

Every lot, by use class
The same 147 lots the map shows, as text. The use class is what decides whether anything can open on that ground, not the developer’s intention and not the marketing.

What opens on parks & open space lotsThe district is three complexes on the old airfield, running north from Reading power station to Tel Baruch. Eshkol in the south is under construction; Central holds the coastline and the hotel strip; North closed its tenders in 2025 and follows last.
This is a schematic, not a cadastral map. Lot numbers come from the district plan (TA/4444), which uses a different numbering system from land-registry blocks and parcels, a distinction that matters the moment you look anything up officially.
Reading the plan
- Eshkol's residential grid runs lots 101–111; employment and hotels use the 300 series; 409 is the education campus.Shavnu lots catalogue, 2026-08

Common questions
- What does the Sde Dov map show?
- Every lot in plan TA/4444: its number, its registry block, the use class the plan assigns it, and the plot area computed from the polygon. It is the plan rendered as a map, not a marketing illustration, and nothing about ownership or tenants is asserted on it.
- Why does the map look so empty?
- Because the district genuinely is. Of the 147 lots, most of the ground is open or public: 244 dunam of parks and open space against 123 dunam of residential plots. The emptiness is the plan, not a gap in the data.
- How do I find a specific lot?
- Search by lot number, registry block, plan name or use class. A lot number alone is ambiguous across blocks, which is why every lot's address here carries both — lot 2103 in block 6885 and lot 2103 in block 6896 are different pieces of ground.
- What do the colours mean?
- Each colour is a use class the plan assigns: colonnade, commerce, hotel, employment, mixed, residential, public and open. The lettable ones — the ground a business can eventually take — are distinguished from the ones that will never carry a shopfront.
