A buyer who reads Sde Dov as a cluster of residential towers is reading half the plan. The same validation sheet that budgets 16,000 homes budgets about 125,000 sqm of hotels — roughly 3,000 rooms across sixteen lots, eight of them on the beachfront.
Two hospitality clusters are forming. Eshkol's lots 301 and 302 came through the December 2024 commerce-and-hotel tender and had their design plans approved in March 2026. Central's five-hotel strip went to market in March 2025 in the largest tourism tender in a decade. No operator has been published for either.
