About 3,000 rooms across 16 lots: the five-hotel strip in Central and Eshkol's first two.

A buyer who reads Sde Dov as a cluster of residential towers is reading half the plan. The same validation sheet that budgets 16,000 homes budgets about 125,000 sqm of hotels, roughly 3,000 rooms across sixteen lots, eight of them on the beachfront.
Two hospitality clusters are forming. Eshkol's lots 301 and 302 came through the December 2024 commerce-and-hotel tender and had their design plans approved in March 2026. Central's five-hotel strip went to market in March 2025 in the largest tourism tender in a decade. No operator has been published for either.

- Are there hotels in Sde Dov?
- Not yet. Nothing in Sde Dov is open yet. The district is under construction, first occupancy in Eshkol is expected around 2029, and build-out runs to around 2035. The hotel lots are tendered and planned; none is built.
- How many hotels will Sde Dov have?
- The plan carries about 3,000 hotel rooms across 16 hotel lots, eight of them beachfront. The best-known group is the five-hotel strip in Central, on the open Mediterranean beside the promenade.
- When will the Sde Dov hotels open?
- The Central complex, which holds the hotel strip, has approved plans and a first-occupancy expectation of around 2031, with its opening window running to about 2035. Eshkol's two boutique hotels on lots 301 and 302 sit in the complex that is furthest along.
- Where can I stay near Sde Dov now?
- Not in the district — it has no operating accommodation of any kind. Sde Dov sits at the northern end of Tel Aviv's coast, so today's nearest hotels are the existing Tel Aviv beachfront ones south of the site.
- Will there be a marina?
- The plan provides for about 300 moorings at the northern end of the district, with marina access from the North complex. Like everything else here it is planned rather than built.
