Ground-floor commerce under the homes — the shaded street where daily life will happen.

A colonnade is the covered walkway running along the base of a residential block, and in Sde Dov it is where the district's daily life is planned to happen. The plan zones these lots as residential with ground-floor commerce, which means a café, a bakery, a pharmacy or a barber can take a unit at street level while people live above.

None of it exists yet. What exists is the ground, the numbering and the use class — and those are enough to know exactly where the first shops will be.
