Every lot, by use class

The same 147 lots the map shows, as text. The use class is what decides whether anything can open on that ground — not the developer’s intention and not the marketing.

The district is three complexes on the old airfield, running north from Reading power station to Tel Baruch. Eshkol in the south is under construction; Central holds the coastline and the hotel strip; North closed its tenders in 2025 and follows last.

This is a schematic, not a cadastral map. Lot numbers come from the district plan (TA/4444), which uses a different numbering system from land-registry blocks and parcels — a distinction that matters the moment you look anything up officially.
