The district is three complexes on the old airfield, running north from Reading power station to Tel Baruch. Eshkol in the south is under construction; Central holds the coastline and the hotel strip; North closed its tenders in 2025 and follows last.

This is a schematic, not a cadastral map. Lot numbers come from the district plan (TA/4444), which uses a different numbering system from land-registry blocks and parcels — a distinction that matters the moment you look anything up officially.

## Reading the plan

- Eshkol's residential grid runs lots 101–111; employment and hotels use the 300 series; 409 is the education campus. _(Shavnu lots catalogue, 2026-08)_
- Plan lot numbers are not land-registry gush/helka numbers. _(Shavnu masterplan page, 2026-08)_
- A 2 km promenade runs the length of the waterfront. _(Plan TA/4444 validation sheet, via Shavnu, 2020-03)_
